Technical Support is free for the first 12 months, covering
installation assistance by e-mail and telephone,
and help with trouble-shooting. |
After the first year
Scene Cinema Ltd. offers an annual support contract for a site-wide
licence.
The current price for the Technical Support
Licence is £350.00 pa.

support for re-installation. This can be a life-saver when technicians
who previously installed the system have left, or when you make changes
to your campus infrastructure which impact on the Melissi system;
E-mail and telephone support for any other problems;
Free maintenance fixes and upgrades;
