All Melissi customers will continue to receive free maintenance patches and fixes.
There is no additional charge for these.

Technical Support (for registered customers)
Technical Support is free for the first 12 months, covering installation assistance by e-mail and telephone,
and help with trouble-shooting.

After the first year Scene Cinema Ltd. offers an annual support contract for a site-wide licence.
The current price for the Technical Support Licence is £350.00 pa.

This is some of what you get for your annual fee:

E-mail and telephone support for re-installation. This can be a life-saver when technicians who previously installed the system have left, or when you make changes to your campus infrastructure which impact on the Melissi system;
E-mail and telephone support for any other problems;
Free maintenance fixes and upgrades;
Reduced cost of additional classroom installations;
Lower cost site visits for training and maintenance;
Special offer reductions and discounts on future products;
Newsletter with early-news of developments in the pipe-line.
